1 year of waiting, and they give me nothing
A couple months ago, nexon closed many tickets to them.
Among those were my appeals for compensation due to being hacked during the leak of oct/nov 2011.
I received no compensation for being hacked of a boat load of stuff, and among that, they said that everyone who had closed tickets would get maple points
Even then, i did not receive anything.
Wow, Nexon, Just wow, I get hacked, and you make me wait a year to say that your not gonna help me? At least give me another chance....

In this case, i would think it's their fault, because i got hacked BECAUSE of the leak.
No person in hell could get my password, hell, no person in real life would have ever guessed it, because it was very personal that only i knew

Same here, sent a ticket last year saying i got hacked of over 500mil in items. Got a reply like last month, what did i get? a freaking useless hair coupon

i got compensated with hair coupon like the other people, resent it, their respond was "sorry for your lost, we already compensated you to help you restart." WTF, hair coupon doesn't help me at all. f-ing nexon, how do they work.
