Yes it does, and it's the easiest to get to and to farm.
Since the mob respawn rate is high and the amount
(30% normal) is enough to get 20-40 a day without
2x/3x. Though I kinda wish they counted evo as your
daily 300 >.<
On my DS I hunted aprox. 77 tickets at Evo on 3x drop in 30 min.
I think some of the small ToT maps are good. Mutant Giant Snails, Nest Golems are good too.

I've always used the Evolution System to get a ton of tickets. Link 3 works the best.
You don't even need any drop coupons to get a bunch on tickets
I did an evo run earlier today on 3x drop plus a 20% drop rate core. I got about 50-55 spin tickets and a ton of coins, not sure how many exactly, maybe 80-100?
