For sure you should start off with replacing the Curbrock ring with a %str ring and get those 3% Earrings to 6 or 9%.

If you're feeling uneasy about equipping your Empress equips, you can wait until you get 5 or 6 pieces before equipping them for a sure boost, or you can just hold off and buy 6/9% equips to replace the Senior stuff. The Secondary weapon will probably do for now, though at later levels might want to change it to a 6% or 9%.

EDIT: Exactly how many rings are you wearing? just those 2? If that't the case you should just buy the rings first at probably 6%.

As of now, I do already have empress gloves and hat along with the knuckle however, I am reluctant on equipping them due to ht fact that after which they are untradeable and none them are scrolled at all except for my knuckle which is only +5 atk with unleashed scrolls. I still have to cube and clean slate it.

First things first, Leave renegades.

@Ecyz: I dunno... the usual thing is that they keep the shop(s) around for an update or two before removing them.
They did that with Tempest at least, if I recall. They didn't do that with Unleashed? *hasn't checked*

In addition to what everyone said so far, I would recommend getting Kanna and DA Link skills on your character. Full Empress will probably get your range a lot higher. Try aiming for 6% str equips and grind for Silent Crusade Set and hopefully get good % str and scrolls on em. Another thing is to Level up some more. At higher levels, you get more SP and AP. More Str= more effect of % str. More Skills= more passives/buffs effects. And at 150 You get a Hyper Buff which is very useful.

Only 2 things I wanted to point out:
The Unleashed* Event is over so the coins are useless
For Empress, 5 pieces is the +20 allstat +2 skills bonus; 6 pieces is the +30 watk and +30% boss. Since sharktooth capes/shoulders are around 800 and 1.2b respectively, I think OP is better off getting the 5 set bonus

TBH I'd sell the RS face paint and earrings (dunno what the former goes for nowadays) and grind the SC quests until you can get at least 3/5 Mystic set (in this case, eye/face/earrings), then work on cubing them, if you want.
That's an additional 7 w.atk & +10 stats right there (+9 W.atk & +11 all stats, from set & equips), for basically a few hour's worth of grinding bosses at most. They're not tradeable, but don't need to worry about that unless you really want to.

After that, One of two ways:
A) Get a better puncher. Aka- a better knuckle. Knucks are still cheap, and Fearless/Loveless ones are still around, thanks to MarvMach & Gacha events recently, so see if you can pick one up there. Then as someone nicely if they'll scroll it for you. Alternatively, if you plan on going with the alternate part of part B, get a Wild Talon - I found one for like 100m out of a shop a few weeks ago ;3 If you can find a friend you trust who has plenty of Tempest coins left for 50% scrolls, all the better!

B) The Senior crap has to go. And if you make enough off the RS face paint you'll have plenty to spend on %str items of a more appropriate level
Alternatively, Emp set; 4 pieces gets you +15 W.atk, Another piece (including weapon) gets you another +30 W.atk. Not too difficult to get with 500m. Only difficult part will be getting lucky on cubing. Still worth the risk unless you have enough to buy pre-cubed/scrolled Emp pieces.

Firstly, the thing is obviously 130+ (since it can equip RS face paint), so what level is it and what's its current range?
Don't think there's much help to be given if we don't know at least that much >.<
