How to claim heroes pack?
So after getting the heroes pack email I logged on, but there aren't any instructions on how to claim it anywhere, nor is there a gift box on the left. To those who got it, what did you do?

relog, servers were lagging earlier
I have the same problem. logged in once, and it was there, logged onto another char, and it disappeared foreva :c
