Question about 10th anniversary weapons
Hi everyone.
I have a question regarding the 10th anniversary weapons. I see that you can wear them at level 30 and the stats propagate each level up to 100. Say I want to buy one of these weapons from the shop and put it on a level 40 character. Will the propagation only account for 60 levels or will it automatically add the stats according to the level of my character upon equipping it? I want to maximize the amount of stats gained from the weapon.

Anyway, as far as I know it does count starting from level 30 so it doesn't matter what level you equip it. The Shining Rod for example gets 0.8 x your level in weapon attack and 1.3 x your level in magic attack, up to a maximum of the difference between the 'actual level' and the 'required level'. Anyone above level 100 will have the maximum stat gain of 0.8 x 70 and 1.3 x 70.

I think its solely based on your current level, as in it doesn't level with you so it should be fine
