D/c from teleporting and jumping

Hi.
I found that whenever I teleport and then jump right after, I disconnect right away.
I crashed about four times in the past half hour. I'm not sure why this is happening and it only happened today. It's awfully frustrating.
Anyone else having issues like this? Or a method of preventing future d/c from doing such?
