Pc A rank nebulite?
Hi, so as of 1:50 PST today, I luckily received a nebulite from the event, no glitch or anything ^_^. Even though the stats are crap, it's bound to be worth something right?
So, PC on a +34 avoid, (I know useless) A rank nebulite? Thanks!

No. Its A rank. If you get a unique item with crap stats like +6% hp/+10% chance to feel happy/+4% accuracy
you shouldnt drop it because the rank itself is valuable. Keep the nebulite and cube it later.
Cube it for better
