phantoms still unable to zak?
i tried talking to arec, but he still says im not a thief, so is it still glitched for everyone? cause i dont wanna walk all the way to cave of trials just to be rejected by that guy...

It seems like the prequests go between glitched and unglitched in every server check..
I do not think Phantoms can start prequests. If you did the prequests before they were glitched again (Like me), you can still zak.
Someone please confirm because I wanted to do the prequests ._.
