decent c/o question about mastery
as some1 mentioned before (i forgot who o_o), if u leave everything one point before max lvl and use decent c/o, u can get every skill maxed. now my question is, if i leave mastery at lvl 19 and use decent c/o, will that count mastery as lvl 20 or 19? (as in, am i allowed to put points into expert dagger in 4th job if i do this?) if not, i guess ill have to leave sb unmaxed and try to control my ocd about unmaxed skills o_o"

Masteries and skill requirements are based on the base skill level, not the boosted skill level.
I shouldve done this with my codex or my Emp Set

ok fine...ill leave sb unmaxed then..or maybe ill jsut leave it at lvl 11 since theres no point in using it after 3rd job lol.
but i shall leave everything 1 lvl below max in 3rd job and use decent c/o to max dark flare!
I think you're going to have to control your OCD...
