6 50% cogs failed in a row (used diff character for more scrolls from shop)
innocence scroll worked though so that was nice
then failed more scrolls.

Fails all important scrolls. Meanwhile all those 6 attack scrolls that I'm using on a random weapon are passing without fail >.<

try COG tyrant cape 2/2 failed 5 star boom that thing... All ICOgs and COG have failed on me,,

icogs have a higher success rate.. they are 60% -.-
Nexon is reducing the rate of the scrolls.
50% scrolls =30% scrolls.
And cubes? Dont get me started with that crap...

Noticed that everything has lower than average success rate recently. Scrolls, cubes, you name it. I agree with not buying cubes for a bit since i've never seen such low tier up rates since the release of potentials.

Nexon actually has rigged the cubes to make it so legendary is impossible.
