Hero

heros getting bangwagond

How does fellow heros feel about that? I think it's bs as most ppl are gonna play for the sake of raging blow....
When i first start it i was satisfied with brandish 0.o and so less ppl used to play hero it makes
us feel unique in a way... Thanks nexon in a way and f@#% u in a way...

Got a few things to say to you. Deal with it or quit your class.

All I have to say is that pre-BB paladins/heros/dark knights should be getting some perks, not just new people getting them.

TS is intimidated by other people doing better damage than him. LOL.

If people want to play Heroes, it's no big deal. Those who genuinely like the class will continue to play it, and the others will either quit or save it for later enjoyment. What's there to get angry about?

I feel sad(well, not really but *meh*) about how people react nowadays with these kinds of stuff. Can't we just share the enjoyment to everyone else. It's really hard to make one job where thousands of people play "unique". Bandwagoning doesn't really change a lot, maybe except for prices. Possible job hate from bandwagon? I think we've moved on with that a long time ago.

Does it really matter that big if other people play our own class? Makes you not want to continue your hero anymore? Then I may suggest you really reconsider that you give a thought what you really are playing for in this game.

Not quite a bandwagon so much as Heroes returning. I'm fine with more Heroes roaming around, it makes no difference to me.

Shadowers are gonna get bandwagoned more...In fact, they currently are.

@Nhil: xD good times back then. Honestly, the most fun I had till Nido. Well I have ~132% dmg at bosses on my aran. :O That'd be 112% boss on my drk.
I'd need to do ~550-600k on non bosses per hit of DI in order to cap bosses at a 100% rate. Seems like a nice challenge.

@DarkLink75: I can't play archers for nuts except my merc. But I can't stand holding down IR most of the time w/ mini breaks for spikes f3.
Mages have a hard time when they're not in Infinity.
Besides, I currently have %str gear and I'm not looking to trade em in for other stat ones or get new gears for another class.
I had a hard time trading in my %str to %dex for my merc only to change it back agian.

I'm not looking for any classes currently in maple.
I wish nexon would release a samurai styled class w/ sucky single hit damage but w/ relatively decent dps.

@BrazenBlitz:

Oh wow I remember you too.
Yeah, your best bet is Drk with that kind of funding.
I think 250k is damage cap with DI I'm not 100% sure of that though
I don't think you'll find a warrior class that requires that much funding to hit damage cap.

Nido has no arans 8D.
So, I made an aran and I'm hitting cap at bosses. lolol
I quit lvling my aran.
I'm going to be making a drk next.
Hopefully I don't hit cap till i hit 150k range.
Like, my aran only had 2-3 good equips and i hit cap so often.
And my hero had a good sword and shoe. >.>
I wanna fund a char that requires me to make almost every aspect of their gear 20-30%str + in order to hit the cap.
Must be a warrior.
I've played paladins all my life prior to heroes, so no more loladins for meh. f3
OH and DS aren't even warriors imo.

LF> Dbl swing to hit thrice and triple swing to hit 4 times along w/ final b|ow. Even if the same total dmg % exists per skill. f3

I hate the fact that I cap at ~15-16mins at dojo coz of my amazing dps zzz.
One thing about hero bandwagons is that most people quit by 14x.
They realise that they can't make it to 175 when heroes truly shine and quit.

Heroes have always been wildly popular, the only dip in hero popularity has been since big bang when paladins came out on top and since Drk's got DI.
I wouldn't be surprised if they got bandwagonned but most of the people would be annoyed at how weak heroes are in 3rd job, that may or may not be remedied by IS going to 3rd. Add to the fact that Mikhail are released w/ the Revamp, I think that the "bandwagon" will be quite relative. Relative being on how big your server is and all that jazz.
Raging B|ow might be great but I think the majority of the people will quit before they reach hero maturity and begin to enjoy their heroes.

Off Topic:
That being said, heroes hit the cap way too easily and leave a lot to be desired.
I quit my hero for an aran and it's hitting the cap as well.
I think I'll be making a drk next.

I never really considered people making Paladins when UAs came around a bandwagon-ing moment. I just thought it was their decision to make a Paladin without the trouble of 50 levels. Besides, the Soul Driver sure seemed like it helped.

You thinking that people are going to bandwagon a race because of one skill is really naive. Sure they're hella strong, doesn't mean people would want to make Heroes exclusively. There are Evans, Mercedes, Demon Slayers, etc etc. Besides, what's up with class pride? Honestly, it's really just a game, you gotta realize that. Getting all worked up about people making "your" class is getting old. It's their decision, why not respect it? I could make a Hero right now with no intention of "bandwagon-ing" and be labeled as one because of making one so late. There shouldn't be a set date where you get labeled as a bandwagon. That's just my 2-cents.

Oh and Heroes were never unique. Them being one of the branches from the 4 original jobs really made them a fair portion of the warrior community. It used to be Spearmen -> Fighters -> Pages. But yeah, Heroes were never unique. If anything, Crossbowmen were unique, if you wanna go that far lol.

Sorry if this offends anyone, in advance.

It won't be heavily bandwaggoned because it takes so long to get Hero's to the peak of their abilities.
Also other classes are being buffed (I think) so it would make less Hero 'bandwagonners' appear.

Good for us with more people using the items the less my gear will cost.

Hmm true plus the pain of leveling just to max all hero's core skill...
Yayy!

People aren't going to bandwagon a class because they gain one skill.
