Unless the top is a root abyss top for pirates, the fact that the top is at 24% dex doesn't make a difference since other thief classes don't need % dex (as if it were a pirate ra top, another pirate dex based class can use it as well) and assuming that he is looking for a % luk top, I think it's safe to assume that he cubed a legendaried thief top looking for a % luk outcome. The 9% dex is a slight boost for a xenon and honestly, with the current hype, would clearly be worth more than a 21% luk top given a few billion mesos.

I'd say maybe you can get a 21% luk one and a bit of mesos otherwise to all those saying "24% dex" its a thief top (there is no tradeable common top/ he's a thief so I would highly doubt he's referring to a pirate ra top) so the dex is quite useless. I mean sure, the dex may be somewhat useful to a xenon but the 15% all stats will be the main factor.

But yea, Definitely opt for a 21% luk top and make them add a few bils worth of mesos as well. If someone is willing to trade a 24%ish luk top, obviously that would be a nice deal as well

Anything that amounts to 24% is always worth quite a bit more than 21% of the same category, regardless of stat. If you really want the 21% luk top though, just tell the guy to add about 4 bil mesos to the trade from his side and go ahead with the trade.

@Materobert i'm just looking to up the %luk on my DB... and with the Xenon hype right now I figured i'd try and go ahead and get some decent %luk for my %allstat top I made a while back... how much would you think would be a fair trade or even adding in up to 1b mesos for me? 27+%?

You're trading in a 15% All stat or 24% DEX top for 21% LUK? Sure DEX is less expensive, but it really doesn't matter for godly items.
I view them all the same, try to get a higher LUK percent top.
