From past precedence it's safe to assume the update will occur around 11:00 PM EST, and last till the mid-late morning of November 29th (assuming no issues).

checked the site. says nov 28th. people telling me it's the day after tomorrow. today is the 27th.

nov 29 should be the Official First Day.

and yes, job adv changes, secondary stat changes, luminous and fm changes/azwan changes come with the first tempest patch.
