I just become a ranger like 5 min ago and idk what to do whit the skill points , what skills should put on,

you can train at jesters,mp3,WR's,FoG till u get a decent enough AR then you can head over to typhoons 11 AR i've is the minimum to start typhooning.
Train at windraiders, if you are like me when I was lv.70 and can't tank an elder wraith hit use arrow bomb to stun them but I'm pretty sure you already knew that.
