Tyrant Hyades Belt: 5 stars legendary 21% str
Tyrant Hyades Boots: 5 stars unique 15% str
Tyrant Hyades Cloak: 5 stars unique 12% str
also some random nx items i have:
rose butterwand
starfall magic square
rainbow star ring
guardian scepter
any input is helpful, trying to get rid of these soon. kthxbye

I can sort of guesstimate the prices of some of these but I don't know exactly how much they're worth. Hope it'll help even if it's not completely accurate!
Tyrant Hyades Cloak: 5bil-6bil
Tyrant Hyades Boots: 8bil-10bil, I'd leave it for max and take offers
Tyrant Hyades Belt: 10bil+ The potential on that is super nice so it's probably worth a lot more than 10bil so just leave it at max and take offers
As for some of that perm nx, the rose wand is about 2-3bil and the magic star square is about 1.2bil-1.5bil. Not sure about the rest of them
