the maintenance usually happens a day after they add the notice on the website. since they put the notice on the 27th,
the maintenance is probably on the 28th (that is, today for those in PST), so probably about 5h 30 min from now.

edit: for those online, they should have an automated notice stating that there will be a maintenance at 7am pst
