probably if you leave your account open at home or at a internet cafe, people cant steal ur stuff as easily..
They did it this patch. I have no idea what the purpose of it is.

Yes, I find it some dang annoying. Why did Nexon do this anyways?
I'm sure if a hacker can get in the person's account, he's going to be able to access the person's mushie with or without the PIC.
