Pin needed for account?
So I recently guess the email of an account I haven't used for 3 years and apparently I need a pin. I forgot the pin, but was like "oh whatever I can reset it", so I try to reset it by clicking the link that they sent me in the e-mail and it says "failed to reset pin please try again".
What do I do? Keeps saying failed to reset pin.

Why you try to reset your pin or your pic? I'm having pin problem because account hasn't logged on for so long.
Happening to me to whenever I try to reset a pin must be broken right now.
