zero attack combo beta

there are quite some debates on whats the best combo for zero to use it terms of pure damage output, so I did some testing yesterday

i went into hardux head with only one abnormal -2sec top on, record and compare how much damage i can do to the jaw in 8 minutes (from 28:00 left to 20:00 left)

in the video, by spin i mean spin driver+advanced wheel wind combo
by break i mean giga crash+falling star+advanced earth break combo

conclusion:
alpha -> spin driver -> earth break -> alpha approx. equal alpha -> spin driver -> alpha
and are both better than
alpha -> earth break -> alpha approx. equal alpha -> earth break -> spin driver -> alpha

leave your alpha combo or other beta combos you would like me to test
i will probably test the alpha this or next week/weekend

note: with self blue buff only, no inner+1, no SI, no MPE, not capping

I feel like a noob still hiting whatever skill is up to use

I was afraid of this when maining a Zero but i have to say that it's so awesome and fun to jump and move everywhere while monsters die.

This really only applies to simplistic bosses. Endgame CRA/Magnus/Lotus bosses will rely on whatever skill works best at that given moment in time as your situation changes every second. Not [i]useless[/i] information to me but I would advise everyone to not let this get to your head. Zero's tag system leaves your DPS dependant on you to be constantly attacking non-stop. If people just use the "best combo" and nothing else then their DPS will not be anywhere near it's best in end-game.

Just a note if you have dSI and/or +1 inner you can actually do the full assist combo patterns with spin driver and Giga crash.

sorry i dont quite get what you mean
by first part(keep spin time at minimum) you mean switch to b(4) before rolling assault is tagged out?
i try to switch to b(4) as soon as the rolling assault comes out, but for lag and dodge reasons i dont seem to do it well =

for the second part, i would like to do alpha and beta separately(same alpha combo when testing beta, same beta combo when testing alpha), and i want to test with b(3) simply because im most used to it
i will do b(2,4,2) and b(1,4) test when i have time

Alpha(4,3) -> beta(3) [spin duration kept at a minimum so that ] -> beta(4) [before the 3rd hit you're able switch to alphla, beta(4) 3rd hit will still hit but earlier swap] -> alpha(4,3)

i would say so
but actually adding earth break is slightly better than just spinning because i had to waste some time moving while using earth break so i dont get hit by his hands in the video
so if say i had immunity on 100% of the time, with earth break will probably do a bit more damage than whats on the video
but taking realistic consideration, i would say just spin until you can tag again(thats what i do)
