Finally Back
Quit a year and a half ago came back 3days ago I have a few questions, Their Is 5th job I heard what level is it for? Their is no more world transfers available in cash shop will they be coming back? My wold Khaini is pretty much dead all the time is it busy on weekends or is it just completely dead? And is scania still full af.

You were better off having stayed in the quit status
If you want a world with good population, go to Windia or GAZED.
Scania is the last server you would want to play in.

There is no such thing as 5th job, yet. There are hyper skills which is an extra tab following by the letter "H". They're unlocked at lv.140 and it gains SP's every time you gain 10 levels, you cannot however max all of them, just a few and most useful for you. They're categorized as Passive, Active and Advanced.
Nexon removed the world transfer permanently. Perhaps it's empty due to school time, work, end of events and stuffs like that, even Scania seems pretty dead to me.

There is no 5th Job per se. When you reach level 140, a new tab appears in your skills. These are called "Hyper Skills." The skills you can get from them depends on your level. There is only one attack and the rest of them are boosts for either your stats or your skills.
There is no more world transfers, but in the KMS You and I Update, they came back so there is hope. If you really been gone a year, you can easily just play the new classes in a different server and if you change your main, then you practically changed your world. You can get your Mesos and Items when the world change system comes back, if it does.
