Coming back
I'm coming back to Maple Story I'm starting with a friend in Scania and have a few questions.
Is Khania still dead?
Would Scania be the most populated world to join?
Is merching and dging still a thing?
I quit about a year and a half ago can anybody give me a brief analysis on what is new.

The level cap got raised to 250, new classes, Adventurers got revamped, Stupid Events, Training past 200 is really hard but you do get AP past 999, some new content.
Obviously merching is still a thing, DG is as useless as it was previously, only people who still do it are kids with no funds so they sit in hene pot shop ch1 dropping useless chairs we got from events and claim they're godly while living in the past with their crappy scrolled 11 att SCG and blue bandanna they got from killing blue snails.
Aside from that, Scania and Windia are the most popular, Scania being the one with higher numbers. As for what is new you can easily find out via google or checking the site for past and on going events. There are a few threads just like this made daily asking almost the same questions so I'm sure it won't be hard to find what you're looking for.
