quotTonyAssisan is a scammer Fraudquot

On Oct 19, I had my bday. I got money for mesos. On Oct 21 I was searching the FM and found his shop. It said NO BOOM AEE CHEAP 1B. And I looked into it, and without actually knowing if the AEE was good or not. I bought it for 1B. And then I looked at it and it was a normal AEE. I asked him nicely to give it back. A lot of my friends even asked. He said no and defamed me and ran off. He had disobeyed the ToS and should be reported and banned.

Don't try to hide behind the ToS here. It's your fault for not checking whether or not it was an actual no boom EE.
Masterobert: It's not his fault, you fell for it. Sorry, but next time you'll learn to double check.
This is the same thing with those 29 attack pirate gloves.
rokococo13: He doesn't deserve to be banned. Technically, he did nothing wrong.
Weskerx03: He didn't scam you... There's a difference between someone taking your items / money when you trust them and a time where you buy false advertisement. Now don't talk about RL or anything about that, because you could see the item before you bought it.

copox123: Your fault for buying. Just be more careful next time.

Nm9191: Always double check before you buy something. That's your fault.

wasp3: Its your fault for your idiocy. The person did not scam you.

Anthoy84: Your fault for not checking.
No sympathy here.

By the #1 Rule of Basil, any players attacking another will be resulted in a suspension or ban. As of you guys supporting a scammer who broke the ToS and have angered me by not helping report a bad man. I know you guys would do the same if it happened to u.
he may have lied about selling no booms, but its not too hard to read the description of the item. he really did nothing wrong but put up a fake title.
they aren't SUPPORTING him at all, and they arent really attacking you, because this is really on you for not reading the description of the item.

He was wrong for his reason, and you were wrong for yours. Nothing is going to come out of this thread, so just be more careful next time.

Yet, it's still your fault for not checking? A transaction is both the responsibility of both the buyer and seller. The seller gave out the item for a price, they did their job. The buyer has to check it for its validity. Even if the item was a fake, the buyer can see the caption of the item.

I remember when you were still in {P}erion a few weeks ago, and said your birthday was during that time in Ally chat. lol lies perhaps?

Yea, he's a scammer but that doesn't make you any less innocent since the situation was not forced.

My fault, think of it. If you bought it, you would be ferious too. Especially if that was part of your bday money from a friend. And it mostly his fault for illegal title fraud. and still, im not godly, unlike a level 202 NL who was trying to scam for mesos.
