I cant get my Alliance Special Mastery Book So when I got to Lv. 70, I got the quest thing to get get my free special mastery book, and when I click on the book I want, it just exits the little chat window, and I don't receive a book. I'm now Lv. 95, and the quest pops up each time I level. And, I've gone to the Maple Administrator (the NPC), and I try to get it each time. I've relogged, switched computers, waited a day, the whole nine. Does anyone else have this issue, and is there a fix?
Which Skill Hits Faster? Faster as in hits per unit of time (seconds, minutes, whatever). Midnight Carnival, or Hurricane? Considering every MC hits 16 times, I feel like it's MC, but my friend is saying Hurricane. If anyone has the actual numbers that would be great, but if not, I just want to know which one is faster, meaning hits per unit of time, obviously not attacks per unit of time.
DBs Unfair Compared to Shads Well, Phantom Blow is 200%, while Midnight Carnival is just 122%. And, it seems like PB hits faster as well, but I'm not sure on that. Even if we combo with B-Stab, it only hits for 147% damage, and if we're facing one target, we don't want to be using a mob skill. I see DBs with the same funding as me hitting 50k per line while I'm hitting a mere 30k per line (40% LUK, 220 w.att). Not to mention, they have a crazy crit rate, and they get a ring at Lv. 50 which increases their crit rate even more. I kinda want a DB... but my dagger is a reverse so it's not even karma'able. Not only for the damage, but PB is just an amazing skill.
