I think the best way to get the latter to 70 is to quit altogether

lv10-20 Nautilius Harbor monsters
lv20-30 REd Mixed Golems
lv30-40 Ellinel Theme Dungeon then CDs
lv40-50 Gold Beach then Robos
lv50-60 EasyZakum, Reina Strait then LPQ
lv60-70 Sand Rats and Scorpions

Skip to level 10, and go to blue ribbon pigs beach. You can stay there until like 18. Then, head to the mixed golems mini dungeon until around 25. When youre at that point, head over to the fire golems

at 70 definitely train at r&j pq or roids
