You only need Premium Tickets for rank B and A, and even if you don't fuse them the junk ones are worth 40m and 200m, respectively.
With the 100 boxes I just bought from the same guy, I made around 1.15b total/660m profit.

Personally I intend to open the other 100 I bought.
Open, fuse, sell, repeat
you could do and open them all hoping for a A ranked neb, a useless A ranked neb is about 200m+ or you could just re-sell them for higher, this one sounds more safer.
