The 2 star Ee scrolls in attendance
Does anyone know for sure if the 2 star enhancements scrolls from the attendance quests are non-boom or not? It doesn't say itll boom your equips but I dont feel like getting nexon'd. Thanks~

@rushiosan: It doesn't say it booms in the description and I think it was 90%. Used it on my Tyrant boots and it passed. Hard to go wrong with 90%.
@newbatthis If you're poor like me and can't afford 3-star or 5-star, I'd use it on some Tyrant gear.
It's a no-boom.
