They came from wheel of marvels. Save it for the pirate revamp on the 8th.

I think it's one of those Pink 50% scrolls that exist for most weapons(I don't believe Canes, Hand-Cannons and Dual Bowguns have them). I've seen them smega'd from time to time.
Anyways, if you bought it from a shop it may have been priced incorrectly, since I doubt anyone who actually has was(Barring they got it themselves from an event) would be so uninformed that he'd sell it for that amount. I don't know exactly what it's worth, but surfing the FM asking around your BL might help. You've snagged a nice deal for sure tho.
