@WhyUNoFun I know, it was just an FYI if you DID go along with it, that's what would have happened.

Lemme tell you exactly how this is probably gonna go down.
Had you added him on facebook or skype or pretty much anything that allows you to send files,
he would have asked you to help him dupe, claiming its a 2 person job and he'll split 1/3 of the duped scrolls with you.
Once you're on skype or whatever, he'll ask if you have this one hack/bot program.
Now, either you already have it or you'll probably end up going on google and searching it up.
You'll find it and download it. For the sake of the story, lets call this bot MapleBotV2.
Once you download it, you'll tell him "Yup i have MapleBot". Then he'll say great and then right when you two are about to "dupe", he'll be like
"Okay now click the dupe/crash button" or something and then you'll look on your MapleBot and you won't see a "dupe/crash" button.
So you'll tell him that you don't have that button.
So then he'll say, "Really? hmm... Is your MapleBot Version 3?" (but in actuality, there is no such version of the MapleBot. Version 2 was the Latest one)
So then he'll say "Oh you can't find it? hmm i guess they deleted it so people won't abuse the dupe I'll just send you mine, okay?"
You'll agree thinking this guy is nice and trustworthy. He sends you the file and when you download it, it'll have the standard MapleBot Icon but it'll be a little off (like the real one has no background on the icon but the one he sent you has a white background).
Then he'll tell you to right click it and Run it as Administrator. When you do, you'll notice that nothing happens. No MapleBot popped up, nothing.
You'll tell him nothing happened. He'll tell you to restart your computer. When you do, while your desktop begins to load, if you are paying attention, you'll see this box pop up for a split second. That box is the screen watcher key logger thingy that you now have because you opened the "MapleBotV3 program".
Now if this wasn't already enough, he'll say "do you have another comp?" and if you say yes, he'll say "hmmm try that comp" and then you'll have multiple infected computers.

Easy fix tho, just System Restore to sometime before opening the MapleBotV3 and you'll be fine. If you do do this though, he'll know and he'll message you on skype saying "Hey so uhh I tried to hack you earlier but i failed lol... I was pretty convincing though huh?"

And that's all there is to it.

@whyunofun: Do not do any trades with him of any kind, he's a hacker and scammer. He hacked a friend of mine through Skype, not to mention that I met him and he used the same social engineering method:

Being friendly
Showing his items
Sharing profits/items with you
Asking for your skype/fb or any kind of social network.

Best bet would be to delete the guy when he is off, better safe than sorry. You have your REAL maple friends, and your not so real ones. Odds are this guy won't even cross your mind in a week or so.
He may be a scammer just saying, what ever you do dont skype with him as he will try and send you a 'picture' which wont open and its a keylogger. But you never know he may just be friendly too
I lied to him about i dont have skype, but this guy seem very nice and at one point he did ask me to share profit with me if i price check for him but I turn him down
but do you think I should keep being friend with him or just delete him from my BL

What's weird is that he asked me for a price check on the exact scrolls and items like a month or two ago. And sadly, he did mention that the scrolls were duped and that he used those scrolls to exchange for the items he showed you in trade. The items themselves you wouldn't really know if they were duped but they were obtained by him having duped scrolls.
