How can I get superior item crystals?
I need them to make lv130 shoulders, but I can't find anyone who's selling them, and I certainly don't have any lv130+ equips that I can break down. Are there any other ways in getting these crystals?

You can extract level 90-120 equips for a chance to get superior item crystals.
im windia they're about 1.5mil-2mil. you could also buy a bunch of bowman empress equips to extract cuz they the cheapest
