Reboot server new player tips?

So as an old mapler who quit after the game took off on the direction of p2w further and further, I recently heard of the reboot server and decided to come back again. 2 days in and I now have a lv103 i/l archmage. Being away for so long, many things in the game are completely new to me and I'm looking for general tips & advices on what to do starting fresh in reboot server. I have googled reboot guides but there are still many things I have questions about. Some of the main things I would like to know are:

Equipment progression: Since the lvup time starts to slow down, I would like to know where/how can i get equipments for the lv120+ range as they become more important. And what possible endgame options exist.

What quests/bosses/theme dungeons/parks to do for good rewards or experience.

Party play content: One of the things I loved most back in the days was doing party quests and cooperaating with others. I would like to know what are some popular party play contents for lv100+

Priorities: There are so many things to do at this stage of the game: grind, bosses, questlines, the profession system. What are the most important things that I should focus on as a new player?

Thanks in advance. Any helpful feedbacks are appreciated.

Equipment: kill monsters in that level range to get that equipment. You can do this up to level 140+ (Pensalir), at which point you'll have to do Chaos Root Abyss to get CRA gear as an upgrade. (You can get the Japanese equip set as a holdover before CRA from recipes after killing Ranmaru)
- some end-game gear: Gollux equips, Absolab gear (until people can take down Lucid in Reboot and get Arcane gear), etc.

Too low level for bosses since you can only maybe do Normal Zakum, try again at level 150+. PQs and quests suck for EXP and so nobody does them. Party play is best restricted to boss battles (and maybe training) at the higher levels

Priorities: you already listed out some things, do whatever interests you the most
