Xenon hot times

Hey guys! I just want to ask about the 6? upcoming hot times for the xenon. I know they give special equips for the xenon class, but are these equips part of a set? Am i better off getting the hot times on my main or on my xenon? The reason i ask is because I would like the roid and the coins on my main, however i know the hat will be more beneficial to xenon, so will it hurt him if he misses out on some?
