Elite monsters and Bosses for level 200
I have read a few posts about a restrictive level range between monsters and players, but I don't remember reading about it in the update notes; so can anyone confirm this? has anyone had an elite monster or boss spawn from mobs under a 20 lv difference from them? I ask because Im lvl 205 but can still acquire kill counts from temple of time monsters (lv 160) for event quests. Also, i find future perion to be a little laggy in the maps with high mobs, so im looking to find an alternative. any input is appreciated!

Warrior grounds. I use no pots since I'm a Drk. Elites spawn pretty good.
Well, 2 options: Go to ancient mixed golems to grind (and burn potions, depending on your class) or get a tele rock and navigate on your world map very often in the most populated channels, a dark figure apears on the maps where bosses have spawned, This saves you a ton of kills and let's you kill weaker bosses for same rewards.
I can confirm getting over 700 kill combos in multiple maps in road to oblivion without a single elite spawning. But 130-200 kills at ancient mixed golems and I got elites just fine. It's rather annoying if you ask me because they're such a pot burn compared to maps like ToT, or even snails/ribbon pigs (tried those too with no luck). I'm not trying to train, I just want to kill elites nexon lol
