Difference between 2, 2 and 4

Is there a diff?
besides the 2 and 1 line and such,
but simply just the % and such.

Lol.
2%, 2% (2 lines)is equivalent to 4% (on 1 line) if that's what you're asking. The only difference is that 2%,2% take up an extra line which could have an extra, likable stat.

4% would be epic so people prefer to have a 4% then a 2% 2%

So % wise.

2 lines of 2% is the same as 1 line of 4%. STAT-WISE
Yes, there's a difference. 2 / 2 thing takes up 2 lines, meaning it takes out 1 more line for a potentially good potential (lolwut.)
