@above u got lucky with that fan, there was probably somekind of event. Right now(well, yesterday when I checked FM) theres only one fafnir in FM, the previously mentioned 8b one, but now the guy lowered the price to 4b >.< also there was crap scrolled uzume red flower for 2b >.<
also a side question how did u scroll ur fafnir fan ? spell traces?

As an EMS Kanna myself, the Fafnir ones are indeed expensive, but 8bil is nowhere near a 'normal' price. I paid 700mil for mine.
The Uzuma is from Ranmaru which is currenlty unavailable in EMS due to some maps required to finish it has been closed off, although only temporarily. (kanna needs to finish her questline)

I've got a 306 m/attk fafnir, which is more than good enough for me. Get it to unique / legendary and focus on your gear + Haku's fan then you're set to go.

Beware that funding a Kanna is not easy, especially in EMS.. Not many fans in the FM and they are generally weak to begin with.

You can find a scarlet fan or an Uzume Red Flower Fan in the free market, though I bet those would be expensive in EMS too.
A scarlet fan can be obtained by Marvel Machine, while the Uzume Red Flower Fan is an extremely rare drop from Ranmaru; I spent a few months waiting for the recipe to drop and I did it every single day, both modes with a greed pendant and big spider, and it never dropped. It only dropped a few weeks ago after I no longer needed it.

The recipe for the fan is an extremely rare drop for me, but it could be different for you. The chances of an actual weapon dropping in Ranmaru is also slim, but it is possible.
To make the fan, you must have:
- Ame-no-Uzume's Red Flower Recipe x 1
- Superior Item Crystal x 200
- Legendary Weapon Shard (Mouri Clan) x 1
- Legendary Weapon Shard (Takeda Clan) x 1
Legendary Weapon Shard (Uesugi Clan) x 1

Weapon shards can drop from bosses such as Hilla, Zakum, and Ranmaru himself.
