Is zero storyline and quests necessary? Read
So is it? I know u can enter maple world at 180, but I tried yesterday and I can freely enter at 120 also I DO receive exp from monsters and everything is just like on any other character. This is EMS btw. Also the sword is self upgrading every 10 levels so should I do the story line? Thanks

Sword levels with you, but the storyline is worth it not just for the link skill, but the entertainment value as well, so long as you're into that and read it.
Not sure about EMS, but if you can buy a 2x quest booster, I HIGHLY recommend you do. You can get from 100-180 in a day's time just with it.
Not sure. We don't have WP resettable bonus potentials in GMS, nor do we have the additional options that require rebirth flames.
WP can tier up your weapon's potential to a maximum rank of Unique, after which you'll need cubes.
Thanks for help. Also 2 more questions...is this bonus potential which u can reset with weapon points the same as rebirth flame? And can potential reset tier-up the weapon like cubes (rare->epic ..etc etc) Thanks!
If you wanna level quickly then yes. If you wanna be a slowpoke, then no.
Not really necessary, though you should do it for the link skill.
