Resolution time does not work
Hi, pretty much what tittle says. Ever since I made this class resolution time never worked. I am 133 right now and its level 2/5 and it still doesnt work
EDIT: maybe I wasnt really clear. It doesnt give the passive boosts

I play this zero rarely and I kinda keep track on the damage, I would have noticed if there were big damage increase, also my speed cap is 140. I talked with few zeros ingame and 2 of them had this problem, and since this is EMS, no wonder, its probably glitched
how do you know it does not give you the damage. do you have another zero with identical level/character card deck/link/equipment but lower resolution time skill level?
as for the speed boost, it increase the speed cap, not the speed itself.
maybe go find some +speed gear and see if your speed cap ends with a 8
I know its passive. It doesnt give me the passive boosts no speed, no damage, nothing. It just doesnt work
Passive skills cannot be used.
