That's the problem I have too.
I'm not about to camp out in some online video game waiting for a monster to spawn just so I can fight off a bunch of high-levels trying to kill it first for the lulz, so there are a bunch of blanks in my monster book for bosses like this.
It would take Nexon next to no time at all to fix the situation, but... Nexon.

You could get that from evo lab pianus core
The respawn time is 24 hours for the left, and 36 hours for the right, I believe. That is why there are so few kills.

Go to evo lab. You can buy a pianus core for like 500k

Codex, monster card, just being able to kill all the bosses, quest lines that require killing bosses, OCD. Lots of other reasons it would be nice to be able to find bosses to kill.
or u can do silent crusader they have their own little portals with bosses only u can kill
No reason to kill him now. The minature pianuses are useless now that skill book quests were removed.
This is something Nexon should have fixed years and years ago.
You kill a boss of any type, it's locked out for you for xx number of hours so other players can have a chance too.
Easy, peasy improvement to playability.
Oh well.
@KrystiCakes That's a huge part of the problem. If some high level comes in and channel surfs all the bosses, it can be another half a day or more before anyone else can have a chance of finding one. How in the world is that good game design for a commercial game..?
