I always forget to use my items.
If I die in a teamfight and am waiting for my respawn time, I contemplate. *Realizes* "Oh, if I used my Zhonyas, I would have survived and we would have won already" >facedesk<

None of them because I always forget to use them.
But when I do remember: I only remember to use: Zhonya because how useful it is.
But I always get Deathfire Grasp and I ALWAYS forget. I think it's any active that requires me to target someone...

I don't think many people are noticing the "active items on SR" limitations.
OT: BotRK, Mikael's Crucible, and Zhonya's. They're the ones that can change a team fight.
