You go into the 'Grill' tab of the Cook window and click on 'etc' sub tab. It needs 10 'Ice' 20 coins each which can be bought from the fruit and veggie shop top left.

You gotta check the etc item section, if I'm not wrong it should be 10 ice cubes, I'm not sure. :
