Question about Link Skills
I know you make a character get to level 70 choose who to link blah blah.
But if lets say I had a level 69 Cannoneer that I didn't level but I get it to 70 now, do I still get the option to link him?

Yes it ungrey's(makes it available) the option to link once you hit 70, no matter when you hit 70. The link skills are an ability for those classes, not events so the option is always there

I don't see why not, it's not an event, it comes with the character.
