400m could get you full empress its not so bad funing

You don't really need funding to play anyways. What if you never played this game in the first place? You'd have a lot less than 400m to work with.
400 M is pretty close to broke actually. While it's true that you can get a lot more damage with it than a year ago, the "average" damage has increased even more.
When'd you quit? Maple is a lot more broke now so you'll probably find it easy to get in. 400m now gets you damage than woulda taken you like 4b+ a year ago.
Broke ? Pfft, i've never even gotten 400 mil these past 7 years.
400m could get you a lot these days. I mean not mega potted/scrolled equips, but some good clean ones.
