Algebra help

So we're going over review stuff, and I wasn't here for class today and I didn't get the notes. One of the problems is 2/sqrt/3*/sqrt/96. I understand I have to find two factors for 96, one of them should be a perfect square, I got 16 and 6. So I would set that up as 2/sqrt/3*4/sqrt/6. Would I next multiply them together, getting 6/sqrt/18? And can that be further simplified to 2/sqrt/6? My other question is how would I simplify a radical /sqrt/12a^5? Thanks for any help.
