Good looking face accessories
As the title states, I'm looking for cheap and decent stats face accessories. When I found out about the sailor mask, I was so happy, but when I saw it, it was fugly as heck. It droops down unlike the Blood Mask and Dual Blade Mask. And is the Dual Blade event still going on by chance? Can I get a lvl 100 Dual Blade mask when I hit lvl 100?

I second this, as its wise to have at the very least around 50+ denaros on you at all times.
@TheBaldAran If the SW Face is only 250 Denaros, I may get that, probably a week or two to get one, but it's the cheapest for my amount of money.
I like rising sun but the stats are kinda meh
Well, theres a couple of nice looking face accessories that can be anvilled, or even just equipped as viable gear.
The rising sun facepaint looks rather nice, and you can buy Quality Purple Masks from other people through the FM (think they might be for theives only). While Reverse Dual Blade masks are from Gachaperriot, they are account movable only, and to my knowledge, they are thief only equipment as well. You could just anvil either of them if you really want one that badly though. Umm, theres Sugarwater (Not a big fan of SweetH2O) tattoos, and even Sugarwater Glasses, which is just a monocle, that look pretty good, and they are 4th tier potential as well (however, they only have a 1% stat advantage over 3rd tier potential). They cost 250 commerci denaros a piece and cost a bit in the FM at the moment. Theres also ice face paint, which isn't too expensive, but is only like, level 30.

To even make Rising Sun, you would need Gallant Emblems. Do you get them through the same way even though PVP is really crappy now?

I think that event went on when DBs were first released lol. Is mystic face the only one that's potable? Why not rising sun or something like that?
No the Dual Blade event isn't going on right now. I suggest getting a Mystic Face Accessory from Silent Crusade coins, and then getting a NX cover or an anvil.
