How should I go about perfecting an emp knuckle?
Seeing as it has been very difficult to find a scrolled emp knuckle in Broa due to the decline in Buccs or whatever other reason, It seems that I may have no choice but to make my own. How does one go about perfecting an emp knuckle?
I have never tried to scroll anything nice due to my HORRID luck and I am not even exactly sure what a perfect emp knuckle is in terms of stats.
In addition, I need an Emp knuckle and not any others, so please don't make this into a discussion about why I am choosing to use an emp knuckle as compared to the Fafnir and why it is SO much better compared to an Empress. I know that they are good, given their clean stats, but that is not why I am here asking.
I will upgrade eventually when the items to complete the Fafnir set are not as expensive as they currently are and when they are more readily available. Currently it is not an option for me. This is why I desire an empress to complete my set and achieve the additional stats to boost me up from being pretty weak to not-so-weak.
I also need to know how much this will cost me as I am sure to be short on the Mesos required and will have to save up somehow. It would be lovely if anyone from Broa with accurate prices could fill me in on that regard.
Of course if anyone in Broa does have a perfect empress for sale or one that is at least affordable, due let me know because I am still interested in buying one if it were to mean not having to do it all myself. I am quite lazy, you see. (and willing to tap into my emergency supply to afford it)

I know someone who has maxed traits, including diligence so I can probably ask him to help me out XD But still, With my luck that wont even help XD
Edit: Just an update. I did not ask anyone with maxed traits but I did manage to scroll an emp knuckle yesterday. It took me 10 hours total because of hunting down leafs a ton, xfering, etc etc....but I managed to get one scrolled! I was just playing around when I managed to pass 2 boomable +7wa scrolls {to make up for it being underavg}
In total it took around 13 20% scrolls and 50 slates. Yes, 50 slates. The last slot would NOT WORK and 20 slates in a row FAILED, HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. My luck must suck with slates. But in the end I got it to work and bam, now I have a knuckle scrolled. But the harder part is finding prot service or waiting for one in the cs -.- So I can 5 star it. It is 3 line epic pot [crap stats] with 3 line bonus pot [crap stats] but cubing can wait till I get the enhancements done.
It cost a total of 1.5b to make it {cost of the leaves I needed} since I already had mules with lds's. So yeah, that is my progress. Its 155wa btw. Not bad for being my first time to ever scroll anything nice in the entire 8 years I have played.

meybe u can contact some guild who has someone thats realy good with scrolling, and he can make u the knuckle, still wont be cheap

My main issue is going to be getting a good enough potential, but yeah. the additional stats are nice but it would still be pretty dang good. It is just so frustrating being someone who doesn't generally upgrade, and when I decide to, the knucks are nowhere to be found lol.
i tried scrolling aperect emp knuckle with 20% scrolls from the event shop, and failed
i got 1 scroll to work and spent 2b and even more on clean leafs to buy css, and used almost every char in my account.
what i think i'm gonna do now, is scroll it with 50%, they add 5 att each and are more likely to work
the only down side to this is that they dont give additional stat, like STR,DEX or w.e, and the obvious fact that they cost 250-350m each

Yeah I figured the best bet will be the 20%'s and it would cost around that but I was pretty unsure of whether or not that was the only option as far as a perf goes. Like I said, there are like NO knuckles and Broa and from I have seen so far, they are lacking in every server. It is very unfortunate and disheartening because people do not seem to like buccs for some reason :{ In broa a 16x wa was around 5b so the cost seems like it will be around the same either way. I did find someone selling one with 201 wa but they were asking for well over 11b lol... All the other emp knuckles I have found, people ask for actual cash upfront and I just can't do those kinds of transactions.
@Kuroda at that point of 4.2b to buy a perf knuckle why not buy one?
