Depends on which class you make.. but for me:
Lvl 10-15 : Mixed Golems Mini-Dungeon
Lvl 15-30 : Blue Mushmoms and Zombie Mushmoms
Lvl 30: Do the Mushkingdom Quest Line until you're done
Lvl 37 (should be after Mushkingdom) -50 : Dead Scarecrows (They're back with 220 EXP) until 50 or go Toy Trojans at 47-50
Lvl 50-60 : Riena Strait Quest Line + killing the mobs in the map before the boss (to gather Zebra stripe ticket pieces for Monster Park)
Lvl 60-75 : Ludi PQ (if you can) or early MP
Lvl 75-100: Alternate Roids in Magatia and MP
Lvl 100-130: Evolution Lab (icon appears on the left side of your when you become Lvl 100
Lvl 130-140: Crimson Wood Keep (the new one)
Lvl 140-145: Evo Lab (again)
Lvl 145-150ish: MP3 (Mysterious Path 3) Cost 300k to go there now. You can probably earn the money back by going there and killing MP3's mobs (assuming they still drop the money) (Note: To not waste 300k to go back in 1 second, why not use the Dimensional Mirror and go to Momoijigaoka and keep going to your right (portals) until you hit Mushroom Shrine and Town Scroll.
Lvl 150ish- You're on your own.. (my highest is a 148 Hayato)

You can just follow the in-game training guide, it's pretty decent. Don't forget to use ToT's free level ups.
