Is the Nightwalker Guide on Basil accurate? If not, what is a good way to distribute all my sp points for nightwalker?

It is updated, just a little error in between level 34 and level 35.
"Lvl. 34 - Critical Throw +3 [11]
Lvl. 35 - Critical Throw +3 [13]"
It should be level 35 with level 14 Critical Throw, the rest should be normal from that point on.
