Post red skills
Okay, so we all know about the flashy new skills we get to steal to make us much stronger during red, BUT does anyone have any info about which supportive skills we can steal and how effective they are.
More specifically, I was wanting to find out about the bind skills from I/l 4th job and mm 2nd job. Some of the bosses my guild aims to kill include hard Magnus and cRa, so I was wondering if the I/l freezing skill could be stolen and used for Magnus, especially since we take no touch damage while using it. There's also the mm skill in 2nd job that "slows" for 5 seconds on bosses, but videos that show the revamped skills show it binding normal mobs. It also has no cd. So far, I haven't been able to find any bossing videos post red from either mm or I/l so I don't know if their skills affect bosses or not, let alone if phantoms can steal it.
It seems kinda OP that phantoms could steal 2 bind skills if this is true so I have some doubts, but it would still be pretty cool
EDIT: TL;DR- can we steal I/l and mm bind skills in red and do they work on bosses.

MM's Net Throwing isn't a bind; it's a slow that lowers their movement speed by 100 on normal mobs for 10 seconds, but only 50 on bosses for 5 seconds.

Bind skills have CD in between each type..
for example, you CAN NOT use Demon Slayer's bind skil TWICE in a row.. (well, assuming you have 2 demon slayers in the same party)
there are 3 types of binds.. some of them stack, some of them not...
and since the only "bind" a phantom can steal is that Ice dragon... having 6 phantoms with that skill would be pointless

Ummm, sorry what? Siege=siege mode which is a mechanic skill? And fc+chains can't out damage arrow platter at a boss that doesn't cast dr, because you plant a turret and can use Mille at the same time if you want, or just double platter.

Is my thread title that misleading that people just immediately post the obvious skills to steal for damage without reading that entire wall of text or even just the tldr?
@FalenxAngel: yes, final cut stacks with crossover chain, but the only real reason for using final cut over arrow platter would be on bosses that cast dr a lot since arrow platter triggers dr.

x-over chains is best when used with arrow platter, but I'm curious as to whether it stacks with FC or not... anyone know?

I'm betting that cRA bosses will not be affected by these binds, even normal RA bosses aren't affected by bond skills now.
