Everything freezing, and then I Dc
After launching into the game and moving around for like 2 minutes, everything freezes. I can keep moving around, but I can't attack, use any skills, or talk to any NPCs. Everyone else is still moving and chatting. Then, Maplestory just closes itself without any warning, with no error messages or anything.
Does anybody else have this problem? Or does anyone have a solution?

Same thing started happening to me since last week's sever maintenance. Probably a combination of issues with the computer and the program, since a friend of mine has no such issues while I do. Definitely not a problem with Internet connection or ping since I live right near LA with strong enough connection for a family twice my size at peak hours, and I still get the problems. It's kinda frustrating since all my other installed online games work just fine.
I live in the Midwest. But the thing is that before I quit, I never had any of these issues. Now that I re-installed, I'm experiencing all of these lag issues.
If you live far away from the LA area or if you do not have a strong internet connection, you will lag from time to time. That, or Maplestory will never truly get along with anything besides Windows XP.
