Kanna

Should I make a Kanna?

Are Kannas fun to play?: Are they good at mobbing? Do they do a decent amount of damage with minimal funding?

Thanks!
I wouldn't suggest Kanna if you don't intend to reach at least level 200, and if you aren't going to atleast give it modest funding. Kanna's damage is pretty bad through out most of 4th job till she reaches end-game levels, where her hypers kick in. Even at those levels, you need some funding to get her HP up in addition to her damage. You also need 2 fans, opposed to just having 1 weapon like most other jobs.

Their mobbing isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Their rapid fire skill, vanquishers charm hits 3 monsters, blackhearted curse hits 15, monkey spirits hits 6. Kishin also helps, and that can hit up to 15.
Alright, thank you!

Just got one to 120 the other day for the link skill, here's my experience:

1-60: meh, mediocre leveling
60-85: incredibly easy once you get Kishin for increased spawn, 60-70 took about 15mins on 1x exp
85-120: damage falls off incredibly hard once its time to do MPE/Evo

From what I saw, Kishin is useful for parties but when solo training, she can't even keep up with the increased spawn

they're extremely fun to watch during training, but they do need a revamp. they're actually excellent mobbers with some funding, but their damage is very very poor without it. thankfully int is generally cheap

some advice: macros will save you

Fun to play: They press alot of different buttons
Good Mobbing: Only if funded past 4th job, otherwise they are ok/decent.
Damage: Low as he! without funds, you need some %int's to actually get decent damage.
IMO: They are alright till 4th job that's when they suck megahard.
