Recently re-installed maplestory What are all these files?
In C>Nexon>138 Full Client Installation
I have MSSetupv138.exe, MSSetupv138.z01, MSSetupv138.z02, MSSetupv138.z03.
In C>Program Files x86> MapleStory
I have similar files.
What are these things? Do I need to keep them? They're taking up a crap ton of space..

The files that say "MSSetup..." are all parts of the installation program which you no longer need after Maplestory is successfully installed and working.
There should be three with ".z0x" extensions and one with a ".exe" extension, all of which can be deleted.
The ones you listed in your first posting.
